To get your UPT refunded then you will need to go to HR. They do it for my FC all the time.

Upt is also gained every quarter. And it comes 20 at a time. Pto- you get 48 hours a year and it only generates for the first 5 months of the year unless you got hired during the summer or fall. Once your UPT balance is negative like -1 or more, you are subject to termination unless you put PTO towards it to bring hour UPT balance to 0 or in the positive. 2 hours of PTO would put a -1 UPT balance to positive 1. It can only be done with PTO and not vacation time. The most UPT you can ever carry is 80 hours.
