If you have it off active party members divide it evenly meaning if you have less then 6 you get more. Shared Exp on. Ex: Everyone (including non active) gets 10 exp for the kill or skill check. High Constitution and/or Dexterity are bonuses. Medic: can cast healing magic and party-wide buffs. Clerics are the only companions who can really excel at this role because of the ability to spontaneously convert their spells into healing magic.
