I've seen maybe 5 swords with Eager Edge in an entire Dares reset, one was the Void Sword. I feel like the weekly completion weapons were the ones with Eager Edge to boot. wow, that's super unlucky. I have around 100 runs in DoE. Have done a full reset, have opened around 60 chests...not even one just for the collection.

A quick explanation I used in another comment: Wellskating and Shatterskating are identical, but require a different third input; heavy attack with eager edge off of a ledge, then jump, then Well/shatterdive. Bubbleskating has different timing and doesn't need a jump, but is much more difficult and consumes your super.
