Not completely sure of the numbers but I think Forest = 0% Desert/Burned = 50% Snow = 100% and Wasteland = 150%. The Loot stage is new for A20 and the bonus counts for trader inventory and POI loot.Look for a file named prefabs.xml and search for settlement_trader in there. The location is shown as an x,y,z coordinate so you can ignore the middle number because that is the height.
