I think the idea is that the earlier you send it, the earlier you are complete and can get an interview. Earlier interviews may have a better chance of acceptance. With time, the amount of seats available diminishes. So getting your application in early gives you a better chance. Do the best you can to submit it as soon as possible!

I, too, like MedSchoolMama had a wonderful experience with my LECOM interview. I had a great group of applicants and my faclty were fairly laid back. They asked good questions that provoked teamwork and conversation. Whether you like the interview process or not, you have to understand that it makes sense given LECOM-B's curriculum.
