Nov 24, 2015 · On my 2000 400 it would become very difficult to shift in cold weather, esp if running thru snow. I removed the gearshift lever and housing it is attached to and disassembled it. The grease was very used up so i cleaned it out and regreased it. Damn Kawasaki. Have cleaned carb several times. Diaphragm looks good, no tears in it. Engine will not rev up.
