The front door awning on our 2007 Dynasty extends too far. I've read the Girad manual that includes both the G-2000 patio awning as well as the G-1500 door awning. The manual covers the retract/extend limit switches and shows them for the patio awning and I found those as they are easily visible.

I've had girard on my last 3 coaches. Wouldn't have anything else. Adjustment is easy but critical in order to properly shed water and handle wind. Mine have all come with wind sensors that auto retract in any wind over about 30 mph gust. The toppers and retractable window awnings are the best never an issue in even the worst storms.
