09 lmm throwing p0090 code fpr circuit. I’ve changed fpr, mass air flow sensor, map sensor, throttle position sensor. Still getting code. I ohmed out my fpr wire and it’s good. I’m showing 25k-29k psi on fuel rail. I’m also only getting 2.5v-3v at the fpr plug. I’ve read it’s suppose to be 5v. any input is welcome. You can also open the bleeder screw -- to let any air out. It is a black PLASTIC screw next to the primer pump. Be caredul tightening it back up --it can break.

Cranks, no start. I isolated it to the wiring harness, and sure enough there was a spot where a metal bracket had worn through the wiring harness.

The truck showed a p0090 fuel pressure reg code. I tried replacing the mid harness and replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling.
