Uchigatana ds2.

I considered a few options and I am thinking of choosing Uchigatana as my final choice (Not gonna use Chaos Blade for obvious reasons). So what do you guys think? Does Uchi have decent enough range, speed, damage, and etc to be used viably in both pvp and pve? The Bleed Uchigatana. I've been really critical of Bleed, until today. On face value, the Bleed Uchigatana looks barely viable. It's AR, with Flynn's Ring and the RoB+2, is just 254 (at 50/50 STR/DEX). I'm doing a DEX build right now, and I'm wondering if I should stick with the Scimitar or switch to the Uchigatana. The Uchi outclasses the Scimitar in damage, but the Scimitar is faster to swing. You want to be fast rolling with a dex build. Vitality is probably your most important stat besides dex, since you'll be using very little armor.
