It is an issue with iOS 16.02 and I would be shocked if I'm the only one experiencing it. I have had them connected to my previous phone with iOS 15.X with no issue. I went back and tested it with that phone and there are still no issues. The issue is with iOS 16.02 and should be fixed by Apple for customers with hearing disabilities.
