Took it to the range and ran it on timed draw and rapid fire drills and they are very, very similar in performance. Maybe just a whiff of an edge to the MR920 but within noise of my testing. Having shot both the xl and the cr920p, I'd say the 920p has noticeably less muzzle flip, but the 365 isn't bad by any means. The 365 has a better trigger too. Both are in my edc rotation.
