Die Conversion Kits for Mec 600 Jr. I have an old (pre 82) Mec 600 Jr in 12 gauge that I'd like to convert to 20 gauge. Looking at the parts list on Mec's website the conversion kit is slightly more than $100 (might as well buy new for that price) for this model. The conversion kit they list for the Mark V is $80ish.

I prefer the 600 for the resize feature , working up loads, more portable to take to a range , price point and to teach new reloaders on. Often times someone upgrading these 600s can be had for a good deal. For cranking out shells in volume, I recommend the 9000. 650 is fine, just get the MEC resizer.
