At that point nowhere on my Connect page did it mention an overpayment, nor on the letter. However, yesterday I checked the page again and indeed it mentioned an overpayment. I straight away completed the waiver (also yesterday 12/6). Now today 12/7 I see on my page that the waiver was approved and the overpayment balance changed to $0.
