Ram rotary shifter stuck in park.

Our LR4 is stuck in park. The rotary shifter won't budge. I tested all the fuses and they're all good. No warnings on the dash, and no errors come up when scanning through the obd ii port. The brake lights come on just fine when the brake is pressed. We backed it up to our yard. We are calling the dealership in the morning to get the truck checked. Mine were not tightend to spec. Tech put on a scanner, with in 1 hour had the issue solved and tightend the eyelets to the ground bolt.
