It will now add 33% of your present wiggle progress instead of just giving you a flat 25% bonus to the meter. That means if you have 10% on your wiggle meter when the killer drops it will only increase to about 13%.75% is pretty big though. 75% increased wiggle speed is good but Boil Over only increases the struggle effect.
