My preset will in not harm your computer, the only file included in the download is the actual preset file and there is no ads when downloading. It appears to be a custom fork of reshade with a few extra tweaks. Reading through their website, it appears that GW2 is supported. However, the UI skip feature appears to be specific to FFXIV.
